The diverse inclusive pedagogical practices contribute to the integration of students with special educational needs in regular basic education schools. The objective of the study was to analyze pedagogical strategies for an inclusive education of excellence that values student diversity. The approach is qualitative. The method was a systematic review of articles in databases such as Scopus, Scielo, and Redalyc published between 2013 and 2023 under the guidelines of the PRISMA 2020 declaration. Boolean operators OR and AND were used. The following equation was used: (Inclusive education or Education with equity) and (Special educational needs or student diversity), and 9 articles were selected based on scientific criteria. The result revealed that the effective implementation of inclusive pedagogical practices and adequate teacher training are essential to achieving genuine inclusion in the education system. It is concluded that inclusive education, supported by effective pedagogical strategies, is a fundamental pillar for quality education and learning outcomes.
