The development of fine motor skills is essential in the preschool stage, since it influences the acquisition of cognitive and social skills. This study focuses on evaluating the impact of a play workshop on the strengthening of fine motor skills in 4-year-old children from La Victoria School N° 1546. The objective of the research was to determine the influence of the workshop Juego y Aprendo on the development of fine motor skills in 4-year-old children of this institution. A quasi-experimental design was used with two groups, control and experimental, each composed of 21 children. Pre-test and post-test were applied using a 20-item scale to measure fine motor skills. The results showed that the experimental group achieved significant improvements in fine motor skills, with 42.86% of the children at the good level and 52.38% at the excellent level after the application of the workshop. The application of the Play and Learn workshop proved to be effective in the development of the children's fine motor skills, generating substantial improvements in their fine motor skills.
