Entrepreneurship has emerged with the purpose of improving the focus of business creations, promoting relevant skills that influence the personal and professional development of students. The objective of this study was to analyze the aspects of the enterprise that contribute to education, generating greater innovation and growth. A systematic review was carried out using databases such as EbscoHost, Google Scholar and ProQuest. The analysis is based on 14 articles published between 2020 and 2024. As a result, it is understood that entrepreneurship is a pillar of education, which allows the integral training of students through the development of entrepreneurial skills, techniques and interpersonal skills, as well as innovation. These skills are essential in the workplace. The integration of entrepreneurship in education encourages the creation of new opportunities and sustainable growth.
