Autonomy and creativity are fundamental elements for the comprehensive development of students in music education. This research describes how other studies integrate these concepts into teaching-learning processes, addressing the challenges and opportunities of digital environments. By applying a theoretical-descriptive methodology and a review of scientific literature in databases such as Scopus and Scielo, the study focuses on relevant publications, considering variables such as the relationship between autonomy, motivation, technology use, and the development of musical skills. The results indicate that fostering autonomy in musical learning enhances students' motivation and professional aspirations, although challenges arise in implementing autonomous strategies in online environments. It concludes that a multifaceted approach that integrates technology and promotes autonomy and creativity is essential, adapting educational strategies to the new contexts and needs of students.
