The integration of artificial intelligence in the communication skills of pre-school students enhances their learning and encourages more effective interactions from an early age. The aim of the study was to analyze this integration in the development of communication skills in pre-school students in Lima, Peru. A qualitative approach was used with a non-experimental phenomenological design and an exploratory scope, with a sample of 4 experts in regular basic education. The results highlight a notable increase in students' confidence and communication skills, driven by the personalization of learning and the immediate feedback provided by artificial intelligence, as well as a positive impact on students' language development, communication, and social interaction. It is concluded that teachers' perceptions of artificial intelligence have significantly increased students' confidence and participation in communicative activities.
