The resource for collecting information represents a major problem in research. Multidimensional techniques allow the construction, validation and adaptation of psychological measurement instruments to explore a set of latent variables or common factors. The present study aims to determine the impact of competencies by validating the instrument by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The methodology includes data collection through questionnaires administered to students, followed by rigorous statistical analysis. The results identified key factors of motor creativity and problem solving, while the discussion interpreted these findings in the context of existing literature. Finally, in the results, the importance of these competencies is highlighted, providing recommendations for future studies and educational practices. This study will contribute to the development of a robust and valid instrument and will offer methodological guidance for other researchers.
