The results highlight the importance of strengthening these attributes to improve educational quality in penitentiary contexts, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education). Where the need to implement programs that promote the development of emotional intelligence and communication skills among teachers as an integral part of their professional training is concluded.
