The present study analyzes the influence of organizational learning on the quality of teaching and faculty performance in the Academic Department of Education and Humanities of a Peruvian national university. The goal was to evaluate how the implemented organizational learning strategies impact educational effectiveness and the faculty's ability to promote a comprehensive learning environment, thereby enhancing the academic satisfaction of students in training. The methodology used is quantitative, with a descriptive and correlational design, using validated questionnaires and multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) to explore the relationships between variables. The main finding indicates that organizational learning has a significant impact on the quality of teaching and faculty performance, affecting the level of academic satisfaction and confirming the hypothesis of the study.
