Psychosocial risks at work represent a significant problem in both public and private institutions. The objective of this investigation was to analyze instruments for evaluating psychosocial occupational risk factors. Materials and Methods: Based on a systematic review, adopting the PRISMA methodology. Instruments used to measure psychosocial risk factors in different sectors were compiled, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria in SciELO, Redalyc databases, the search terms were a combination of MeSH terms and keywords related to psychosocial risk factors that impact on work performance. In total, 15 studios were included. The results show that more than 50% of instruments evaluate five dimensions of risk, using questionnaires developed by researchers or based on tools such as SUSESO ISTAS-21 and COPSOQ-ISTAS21. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that all selected studies showed validity and reliability when using the judgment of experts and the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, heterogeneity was observed in the dimensions evaluated and in the validation procedures. It is concluded that the effective management of occupational psychosocial risks is fundamental to improving the quality of life of workers and organizational productivity, and the adaptation and diffusion of instruments in specific sectors is recommended.
