Families in the world have been undergoing a process of metamorphosis since their origin - which coincides with the origin of humanity - until today; this process has sometimes been faster and sometimes slower; research studies indicate that before the pandemic, family members were already surviving because of all the changes that took place in the world; During the COVID-19 pandemic, families, among other things, underwent a positive change because their members became more united, communication improved and they sought strategies to stay alive; today, post-pandemic, they are looking for adaptation and resilience mechanisms; therefore, the proposal is the formation of the Healthy Families Club (CFS), whose purpose is to empower and train them so that they can support each other and become a strength to improve the health indicators of a country, in this case, Peru.
