Technical and technological training (TTT) is currently a fundamental pillar for equity, productivity, and sustainability. The objective is to design a strategic plan that integrates technical and technological training and a multidisciplinary strategy to improve food security in Azuay, Ecuador. It adopts a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis from secondary sources, documentary review, and direct observation. It is applied and projective. The results indicate that the combination of technical and technological training with multidisciplinary strategies and management tools is essential to addressing food security challenges in vulnerable contexts. It is concluded that the active participation of students and faculty ensures the implementation of innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions that will directly benefit the most vulnerable communities in Azuay. Thus, the multidisciplinary strategic plan developed offers a comprehensive solution to the food security challenges in the province of Azuay.
