The objective of the research work was. To evaluate the incidence of the application of Trichoderma harzianum, viride and asperellum in the production of cocoa seedlings (Theobroma cacao L. ) in nursery, the methodology was of the experimental research type, applicative research level and experimental research design DCA, for the development of the research was used evaluation cards for each treatment in study, in each treatment were evaluated 15 seedlings inside the nursery, Results: the statistical relations showed that as the percentage of Trichoderma harzianum, viride and asperellum increases, was observed an increase in the height of the plants the Treatment 03 showed the most significant effect, obtaining the highest average of growth, which was of 21. 19 cm. plant root growth, Treatment 3 corresponding to the 750 g/l dose showed the most significant effect, obtaining the highest average growth, which was 15.28 cm, Treatment 3 produces better stem thickness in comparison to treatments 0, treatment 1 and treatment 3, finally the quantity of leaves with visible symptoms like wilt and yellowing of the leaves among the treatments, it was observed that the Treatment 3 showed the most significant effect, obtaining the lowest average of growth, which was 0.8 in comparison to the other treatments (0, 1 and 2). Conclusion: the best treatment is T3 with a dose of 750 gr/l. of Trichoderma harzianum, viride, asperellum.
