Optimal growth and quality of seedlings during acclimatization. In this sense, the use of efficient native microorganisms is a biotechnological alternative to adapt plants in vitro. The present work aims to evaluate the mpacto f biostimulants on the growth and quality of seedlings of two banana varieties, Barraganete and Hartón. The research was carried out in Santa Rita, Manabí, Ecuador, using seedlings propagated in vitro and transplanted in polyethylene bags with a mixture of agricultural soil, compost and river sand. Variables such as plant height, pseudostem diameter, root dry weight, total dry weight, leaf area and chlorophyll index were measured. The results showed that humic acids and amino acids significantly increased plant height (up to 25%) and root dry weight (up to 30%) in Barraganete.
