Currently it is necessary that people have an adequate management of digital resources as an important part of human skills in a world increasingly interconnected by information and communication technologies; by virtue of this digital citizenship requires the presence of the community to interact with virtual environments which is the most appropriate way to participate through e-government through digital platforms in the promotion of public policies that are generated for multiple reasons in the fields of economy, education, health, environment among others and whose impact will generate an essential contribution to raise the quality of life of the population; In this sense, environmental public policies aim to design plans, programs and projects that tend to improve the environmental environment and taking into consideration the management and planning of the territory according to the demands that society requires for the management of a healthy environment; that is why a better informed society will have enough tools to participate effectively in the gestation of public policies that will ultimately have a positive impact and raise the quality of life with a greater dissemination of the actions taken by the State in addressing environmental issues.
