The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of human talent on the quality of alpaca fiber handicraft exports in the Puno Region (Peru). The methodological design responds to a type of quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, hypothetical-deductive research, the sampling is simple random, the instrument is the survey. The dimensions of the human talent variable are explained by human capacity, human aptitude, human competitiveness and human commitment. The results of the Pearson correlation Pearson r = 0.67 and p value of 0.000 demonstrate the direct and significant impact of human capacity, human aptitude, human competitiveness and human commitment on the export of alpaca fiber handicrafts. It is concluded that measures and strategies should be taken into account to strengthen the competencies of human talent, capacity, aptitude, competitiveness and commitment for their relationship to improve the quality of alpaca fiber exports.
