LIVIA CRISTOBAL, Luz Sara et al. Effect three enraizadores in plántulas production, two spinach varieties (Spinacea oleracea L.) under conditions of almacigado. Rev. Inv. Cs. Agro. y Vet. [online]. 2024, vol.8, n.24, pp.729-736.  Epub 20-Sep-2024. ISSN 2664-0902.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistaalfa.v8i24.298.

The study analyzes the impact of three different rooting agents on the production of seedlings of two varieties. Research was carried out in the Yanacancha Cerro de Pasco district, the objective was to determine the main effect of three rooting hormones, with two varieties of spinach: analyze the AxB interaction, the production of adventitious roots of Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) seedlings, under conditions technical storage (cover) in field conditions. Two varieties of spinach were investigated: Imperial Green (a1) and Viroflay (a2), three rooting hormones: Rizogen (b1), Roothort (b2) and Auxigen (b3), a completely randomized design (DCA) was used, evaluated seeding conditions: Imperial Green variety (a1) where it had greater root length, seedling diameter, seedling weight. The Viroflay variety (a2) presented the greatest number of discarded seedlings before transplanting. In the Imperial Green variety, and Viroflay. The hormone Auxigen (b3) gave greater results: root length, diameter, seedling weight, other hormones presented a lower percentage of discarded seedlings. Results The hormones (Rizogen, Roothort and Auxigen) had a similar effect on: root mass, leaf mass, yield percentage, plant height at harvest, green leaf yield. Results obtained were with the hormones in the leaf mass; Auxigen and Roothort, compared to Rizogen, gave no effects on: root mass, leaf mass, yield percentage, plant height, green leaf yield. Conclusion the effect of rooting hormones was more evident in the seedbed than in the final field.
