Knowledge of the phenology of the vine and the climate of a region allows planning work in the vineyards, optimizing resources and increasing productivity. Aim. Establish the phenological phases, growth occurrences and requirements of the INIA Grape One vine variety under the conditions of the Ica Valley, Peru. Materials and methods. The research was descriptive observational. Results. For six months, the phenological stages were observed from dormant bud to maturation and harvest, without negative impact of climate and soil on the crop; drip irrigation design was applied. Conclusions The phenological phases began with the dormant bud stage, the duration of 46 days for the vegetative phase and 137 days for the reproductive phase stood out. Temperature, hours of sunshine and relative humidity were determining factors in the development of the plants. These findings make it possible to predict vine growth and plan agricultural work efficiently in an agroclimatic context.
