NINA, Freddy León  e  CURO, Juan Cáceres. Disaster risk management in the urban spaces of Jesús Nazareno, Ayacucho. Rev. Inv. Cs. Agro. y Vet. [online]. 2023, vol.7, n.20, pp.354-375.  Epub 20-Maio-2023. ISSN 2664-0902.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistaalfa.v7i20.221.

One of the latent problems of sustainable cities are the local policies of disaster risk management, prevention, mitigation and preparedness for vulnerability events. The objective is to analyze the causes and effects of hazards and vulnerabilities in the urban spaces of Jesus Nazareno in the city of Ayacucho. The methods and techniques applied were digital alternatives to examine the territory by computer, the topography is reduced to a digital database-GIS, the measurements taken based on satellite technology image 2022 CNES Airbus of Google Earth Pro, complemented with the national chart 1:100 000, Sheet 27-ñ Ayacucho. The structural-geomorphological results and the analysis of the linear morpho-elements of the relief reveal the existence of geological tear faults in the lower basin of the Purakuti and Wichccana ravines dissected by the huaycos and gullies in the form of domes-peñascos and the volumetric deformation of the soil. Among the risk factors verified, there is still the existence of a seismic zone with unmitigable geologic risk with 90% of the hazards of huayco-alluvium PMA, 75% of landslides and accumulation of tuff materials PA, with 70% of accumulation of solid waste on public roads PA and huaycos with 60% of PA, with a total vulnerability (VT) = 82.50% which means Vulnerability of Very High Level of unmitigable geologic risk. It is concluded that it is an area of crumbly soils with 90% of houses prone to destruction, resulting from soils with high potential for cyclic liquefaction that have low relative density and post-earthquake plasticity with a total vulnerability (VT) = 82.50%.
