Natural resources are elements of nature that human beings take advantage of to satisfy their needs in accordance with cultural resources where the hand of man has intervened from the historical, contemporary commercial and non-commercial, which complement the potential of a tourist route gastronomic, as a planning and development tool based on a product or a characteristic feature that is capable of attracting and encouraging the consumption of an element that is abundant. The objective of this project is to identify these resources through an inventory and determination of the activities to be developed for the design of the gastronomic tourist route of the city of Jipijapa. Its methodology from a qualitative and quantitative approach made it possible to reinforce the data collection and generalize the results found in terms of natural and cultural resources supported by the observation technique to directly perceive the current state of the place investigated.
