The objective of the research was to identify the importance of agriculture, since it represents around 25% of the EAP, contributes an average of 8.5% to the Gross Domestic Product, being the sixth sector in production for human consumption and forage for livestock that They provide food, milk or meat for the food needs of the human population and the livestock sector. Agriculture is vulnerable to climate change, since it affects changes in temperature and precipitation regimes, which damages productivity and yield, in the dairy sector a natural diet with grasses (70%) and legumes (30%) is essential, water, mineralized salt and plenty of sun to improve milking conditions, providing well-being to dairy cows and avoiding stress. Ranchers are concerned with the improvement in the feeding of the animals, with a natural diet such as Kikuyo, clover, this diet helps increase production and a better quality of milk and meat. The methodology that was used was descriptive and exploratory through bibliographic review and surveys of producers to identify weaknesses and strengths within the market. Organic milk production must generate sustainability and sustainability and comfort to the animal.
