Technological and communication tools facilitate the access, processing and transmission of information. This research aimed to determine the relationship between Information and Communication Technologies and digital skills in teachers at a public university in Ica, Peru, in 2024. The study was carried out with a quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional approach, with a descriptive scope, covering a sample of 55 teachers. The results indicated that 78.2% of educators reached an optimal level in the use of technologies, while 3.6% experienced difficulties in integrating them into their teaching practice. A very high correlation was observed, with a coefficient of 0.967, between the variables analyzed, which shows that the use and integration of technologies are closely related to the significant development of digital skills in teachers. These findings underline the need to strengthen the pedagogical use of Information and Communication Technologies in the field of university education.
