Distance education, enhanced by technology, has brought about pedagogical and social transformations in educational institutions to ensure continuity and the beginning of the virtual era. The objective of this study is to analyze the perceptions of students in the Faculty of Business Sciences regarding virtual education at Universidad La Paz in the period 2020-2024. The approach is quantitative, non-experimental, and descriptive transactional design. A questionnaire was administered to 145 students. The results indicate a generally positive perception of the education received; however, 45.5% reported problems with the connection and 26.2% difficulties adapting. Regarding educational quality, 40.7% managed to maintain quality, while 34.5% perceived a lack of contact with professors and classmates. The conclusions indicate a mostly positive perception of the quality of the virtual education received, although key areas for improvement persist, such as technological infrastructure and ongoing support.
