EGOAVIL PALACIOS, Lilibeth Mayela y SANCHEZ CARRANZA, Lourdes Consuelo. Analysis of hybrid strategies for improving reading comprehension: Systematic review. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2025, vol.9, n.38, pp.2289-2304. Epub 01-Abr-2025. ISSN 2616-7964. https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v9i38.1051.
This study analyzes the scientific evidence on hybrid strategies to improve reading comprehension from 2021 to 2023 in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa, using articles from the Scopus database. The results reveal that reading comprehension is a global challenge influenced by factors such as methodological and cognitive strategies, use of technology, instructional planning, and emotional skills and motivation. The effectiveness of hybrid strategies, which combine different approaches and tools, including the integration of technology and innovative techniques, is highlighted. These strategies emphasize the need for comprehensive pedagogical approaches that foster quality teaching, develop cognitive and socioemotional skills, and promote critical and creative comprehension of texts in diverse educational institutions.
