Resumen

MEDINA CARBAJAL, Rosario de los Milagros  y  ORTEGA CABREJOS, Mónica Ysabel. School coexistence management: A systematic review. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2025, vol.9, n.38, pp.2206-2221.  Epub 01-Abr-2025. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v9i38.1045.

School coexistence is a complex phenomenon in the socio-educational sphere, which is seriously affected by the growth of violent behaviors that negatively impact learning. The objective of the study was to analyze the management of coexistence in the school environment, identifying key thematic categories and their contributions to understanding how the management of coexistence influences educational quality. Methodologically, a systematic review was carried out, following the postulates of the PRISMA statement, setting as inclusion criteria: a) articles referring to the management of school coexistence, b) related to various aspects of school coexistence, c) articles presenting experiences in coexistence management in Latin America, which allowed for the selection of 44 documents, retrieved from the SciELO, Scopus, Redalyc, and Google Scholar search engines. In conclusion, school management plays a crucial role in promoting healthy school coexistence.

Palabras clave : Coexistence; School Environment; Educational Management; School Climate.
