The emerging digital culture is a construct in the society of the new normal. The pandemic accelerated the use of digital technologies, with a significant impact on education. The purpose of the study was to analyze the processes that took place in digital culture, the impact it had after the pandemic, and its implications for today's society. To this end, a documentary analysis of scientific articles from recent years was carried out, using the hermeneutic method, which is a method of text interpretation that studies the human process of understanding reality. It can be said that digital culture in the field of education is evolving favorably, managing to develop creativity and participation in students through the creation of content such as new forms of online learning, considering the risks that may arise from its unsupervised use. In conclusion, the pandemic paved the way for the development of a digital culture with new values and behaviors in students and innovation in teacher training.
