Organizational learning strengthens teaching competencies and contributes to the achievement of institutional objectives. The purpose of this study was to analyze organizational learning in the university educational context. A qualitative approach was employed through a systematic review of 18 articles in Spanish and English, published between 2019 and 2023, located in Scopus, Web of Science and Scielo databases, following the PRISMA methodology. The results showed that organizational learning improves the internal processes of educational institutions, especially in the training and development of human talent, which has a positive impact on overall performance. It also highlights the importance of leadership, collective learning and organizational culture in promoting effective and innovative educational environments.
