ENCARNACION BERROCAL, Lady Nelly et al. Online learning and student’s satisfaction at a postgraduate school of a public university in Lima. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. The transition to virtual modalities driven by the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly transformed educational environments, especially at the graduate level. The study aimed to determine the relationship between online learning and student satisfaction at a graduate school of a public university in Lima, Peru. A non-experimental correlational methodological design was used. The sample consisted of 122 students in the second cycle, who responded to two online measurement scales: one to evaluate online learning and the other to measure student satisfaction. The results revealed a positive and significant relationship between both variables, evidenced by a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.859. It is concluded that a higher level of online learning is associated with higher student satisfaction, both in general and in each of its dimensions.
