The increase in initiatives and projects dedicated to the expansion of an infrastructure that allows greater penetration of mobile telephony and Internet connectivity in rural areas is a phenomenon that has occurred throughout the region, fundamentally to improve university social responsibility as a whole. as women from the periphery and from the periphery. The main intention of the research center is the proposal to apply Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to improve university social responsibility among women in peri-urban and rural communities in Huamanga, Peru. This qualitative, non-experimental approach involves 10 leading women, selected through a random sampling. The results will show that the application of the proposed use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), at least levels of satisfaction, providing meaningful learning, effective communication and an approach to confront gender violence in rural environments.
