The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of information and communication technologies in various areas, including higher education. Universities have had to adapt to maintain their operation, which has led to changes in how the labor relations of administrative staff are managed. The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of the implementation of information and communication technologies on the labor relations of administrative staff at a university in Lima, Peru, in a post-pandemic context. The approach is quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental design. The survey technique was used and as an instrument a questionnaire with 16 closed questions applied to 75 collaborators. The results show that the administrative staff is willing and positive about the implementation of information and communication technologies. It is concluded that the adoption of these technologies can significantly improve cooperation and labor relations, creating a more favorable work environment, optimize the organization of human resources and encourage better interaction and collaboration between staff.
