Technological tools are teaching instruments that facilitate the transformation of the traditional pedagogical model, promoting communication, exchange and interaction in the development of competencies and capabilities for meaningful learning. The objective of this study was to analyze the use of these tools in teaching and learning in regular basic education through a systematic review. A systematic analysis of fifty articles obtained from databases such as Google Scholar, Scielo, Dialnet, Scopus and Redalyc was used, selecting 16 by inclusion and exclusion criteria, covering the years 2019 to 2023. The results highlight the importance of technological tools to strengthen the competencies of students under the guidance of the teacher, who must be trained according to scientific and technological advances.
