Pedagogical strategies for text production involve optimizing the acquisition of linguistic competences such as improving the ability to express ideas according to the textual structure. The present study aimed to describe the pedagogical strategies for text production in elementary school students through a comprehensive and updated view on this topic, based on the collection, analysis and synthesis of previous research. The research was of a basic type, with a quantitative approach. The method was a systematic review. For this purpose, 12 sources published between 2020 and 2023 were chosen from the EBSCO host database and ProQuest. As a result, it was found that pedagogical strategies for text production provide tools to improve creative and original writing activities, the ability to organize ideas and strengthen critical thinking and communication.
