This study examines the impact of active methodologies in technical education, focusing on their ability to facilitate participatory and meaningful learning. The main objective is to analyze how these methodologies specifically influence learning within this educational context. A systematic review was conducted using the PRISMA approach to identify relevant studies. The results were visualized using Sankey diagrams, highlighting the effectiveness of Project Based Learning (PBL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL) in enhancing technical learning. These methodologies encourage active student participation, problem solving and the development of critical thinking. It is concluded by recommending the integration of these methodologies in teaching to optimize the educational process in technical education.
