Resumo

The study analyzes the relationship between quality management, digital competence and attitude towards change in users of a national university in Lima, considering the importance of these factors in the current educational context. The objective was to determine the relationship between these variables and their key dimensions. A quantitative, non-experimental, correlational design was used, applying Friedman's test to evaluate statistical significance. The results showed a significant relationship between the variables (p = 0.000), highlighting that digital competence influences the attitude towards change, both in terms of fear and acceptance. Likewise, it was identified that predisposition to change strengthens organizational processes. It was concluded that the improvement of digital competencies and the promotion of positive attitudes towards change are essential to strengthen quality management in universities, contributing to their institutional development.
