The new educational paradigms arise from the needs of today's society and demand a teaching leadership committed to student learning. The objective is to analyze the importance of pedagogical leadership innovation at school level under the new educational paradigms. A systematic review was developed of 16 articles that prior to selection criteria were found in the Scielo, Scopus and Redalyc databases, using the PRISMA method; under a qualitative approach of descriptive level, in the period 2019-2023. The results show that Spain and Chile present a higher level of activity and interest in this area. It is concluded that, teacher leadership, inclusive education and scientific leadership, as well as teacher evaluation and continuous training are presented as key techniques to promote innovation in teacher leadership, through the convergence of active paradigms based on collaborative projects and personalized learning.
