At present, the environment is a matter of concern due to the inadequate management of natural resources, giving importance to environmental education in the early years of the individual in order to contribute to its conservation and development. The objective of this study was to analyze research on environmental awareness at the early education level, based on the theoretical and pragmatic contribution in the art of existing research. As a method it was raised under the qualitative approach, using the modality of systematic review of articles in indexed journals: CONCYTEC, DIALNET, SCIELO, PROQUEST, EBSCO and CONACYT, from 2018 to the present. As a conclusion, there is a wealth of research on environmental awareness in early education, which is assumed as a teaching strength, since awareness should not only be on the part of students, but also in accordance with the new educational approaches.
