Public educational management is crucial for the modernization of public administration. This study examined the influence of public educational management on comprehensive tutoring processes. The research was quantitative in nature and analyzed the variables of public educational management and comprehensive tutoring processes. A questionnaire was administered to 18 public managers, and SPSS version 26 was used for data analysis. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between public educational management, across its four dimensions (strategic, administrative, pedagogical, and community), and comprehensive tutoring processes. The study suggests implementing comprehensive tutoring processes supported by educational policies and modernizing public educational management through tools that promote student well-being and generate a positive impact on social and national development.
