MALLQUI, Rosario Carolina Nina. Digital transformation in a CETPRO in Lima, 2022. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2024, vol.8, n.34, pp.1444-1457. Epub 25-Jul-2024. ISSN 2616-7964. https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v8i34.809.
Digital transformation refers to the mastery of digital technologies. This correlational research seeks to evaluate this process in a CETPRO, focusing on the digital competencies of its teachers. A sample of 53 teachers and 3 managers was used. The digital transformation was measured using the European framework of digital teacher competence "DigCompEdu" and the self-diagnosis "DigCompEdu Check-In", with 22 items distributed in 6 dimensions: professional commitment, digital content, teaching and learning, evaluation and feedback, empowering students (3 items) and digital teacher competences of students. The main result indicates an average teaching digital competencies of 2.68 on a scale of 1 to 6, classified as level Integrative (B1). The most frequent levels were Level (A1) and Explorer (A2), with 28.30% and 24.53% of the sample, respectively. This research highlights the crucial role of digital transformation in the progress of educational centers.
