Object manipulation plays a crucial role in child development, fostering physical and coordination skills. This study addresses students' difficulties in ball grasping and daily activities due to lack of hand-eye coordination. It is proposed to strengthen this skill through innovative and directed activities that promote progress in skills and development. The quantitative approach and the hypothetical deductive method are used to identify the effects of coordination in elementary school children, evaluating fine motor, hand-eye, hand-eye and eye-eye coordination. The 3JS Motor Coordination Test is implemented with learning strategies such as the inductive method, pure global strategy and cooperative learning. The humanistic approach highlights the improvement of the learning process through a 16-session program designed to address the needs of the students.
