Resumo

The relevance of strengthening educational quality is manifested in the imperative need to adapt the educational system to the changing demands of today's society. Therefore, the present study aims to examine the relationship between pedagogical accompaniment and educational quality in the teachers of an educational institution. For this purpose, a quantitative methodology of cross-sectional and non-experimental design was applied; which used the survey as a technique and two questionnaires that evaluated the pedagogical accompaniment and educational quality as an instrument, validated by expert judgment, as well as its reliability was determined by Cronbach's Alpha statistic, showing a very high reliability (0.89 and 0.99). Subsequently, a population of 30 teachers from an educational center was surveyed, then the data collected were processed by SPSS software to determine the degree of Rho Spearman correlation, which was 0.679. Thus, it was concluded that there is indeed a significant and positive correlation between pedagogical support and educational quality in teachers.
