E-learning is a new modality that the university educational system has adopted to be in accordance with the new information and communication technologies, this has brought benefits to the way of learning. The objective was to analyze the impact of the use of e-learning in university students of a public university. The methodology was a bibliographic review, three stages were implemented: information search in Scopus, Redalyc, Scielo and it was supported by Google Scholar. The second stage: selection of information based on inclusion and search criteria, the result of which is an Excel database. As a third stage, the document was drafted taking into account APA 7 Standards. It was concluded that e-learning has a positive impact on university education, as long as three elements are met: technological infrastructure, teachers with digital skills and prone students. to learning.
