Abstract

School management plays a crucial role in the development of inclusive practices in education. Effective management of the educational institution enables the creation of an inclusive school environment that values and promotes the diversity of its students. Thus, this study aimed to determine the relationship between school management and inclusive practices in education. It was based on a quantitative approach and two questionnaires were applied to 72 teachers to measure their perception of school management and inclusive practices in the institution. The results showed a high correlation between the variables school management and inclusive practices, as well as a high correlation between the organizational, administrative, pedagogical and community dimensions of school management and the variable inclusive practices. In conclusion, school management and inclusive practices are closely related and both are fundamental to achieve inclusive and quality education for all students.
