CUADROS, Emperatriz Gregoria Quispe; SANCHEZ, Aracelli del Carmen Gonzales  and  ESPIRITU, Emilio Borjas. Pedagogical accompaniment: a strategy for continuous improvement in early education. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2023, vol.7, n.31, pp.2386-2397.  Epub Oct 16, 2023. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v7i31.671.

In schools, the development of adequate professional practice depends on multiple factors, one of them being the way in which recommendations are received for the benefit of students. In this sense, the objective was formulated to determine the relationship between pedagogical accompaniment and continuous improvement strategies in early education. The quantitative route with correlational scope was used as methodology, it was necessary to build two instruments in Likert scale which were administered to practicing teachers of early education, the results obtained showed a positive relationship according to Rho Spearman of .545 where the relationship between both variables was demonstrated which allowed to determine the importance of pedagogical support in teachers within the continuous improvement.

Keywords : teacher accompaniment; initial education; continuous training.
