Methodologically, it was approached from the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach of phenomenological design, for the collection of information, classroom teachers and specialists in pedagogical management of basic education were interviewed through the focus group technique. It was concluded that, in order to develop teachers' digital competencies in current contexts, the state must strengthen teaching practice through effective policies, offering continuous training programs that promote the mastery of technology for educational purposes.
