Teacher resilience refers to the ability of the education professional to cope with complex situations within the teaching and learning process. The objective of this study was to analyze resilience in Latin American teachers in times of crisis. For this purpose, a systemic review design was used, using the PRISMA protocol through a qualitative approach of documentary analysis of academic studies of a scientific nature in relation to Latin American teacher resilience in times of crisis. In conclusion, the selected studies validate the key contribution of the term resilience in Latin American countries to the stress problems generated by virtualization in the teaching process.
