MAMANI, Karina Huamanttupa. Emotional intelligence and meaningful learning. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2023, vol.7, n.27, pp.454-467.  Epub Jan 09, 2023. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v7i27.529.

The relationship between emotional intelligence and meaningful learning has been studied in multiple research studies for more than 20 years. The objective of the study was to analyze the factors that favor the development of emotional intelligence and its correlation with the achievement of meaningful learning. The methodology was of non-experimental design with a descriptive level, performing a systematic documentary review comparing research from 2017 to 2022 in the databases of Scopus, Scielo, EBSCO, and Dialnet, using the Boolean AND OR, additionally for the execution of the systematic review the suggestions of the PRISMA guide were followed. In conclusion, it is proposed to stimulate students to express their opinions freely, as well as to foster their autonomy and intrinsic motivation. Teachers should create a welcoming, harmonious environment with appropriate dynamics, complementing their knowledge of emotional intelligence and incorporating it into their pedagogical work.
