The implementation of remote or virtual education in the year 2020 due to the mandatory isolation measures that had as origin the COVID-19 disease, this context required the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to allow students to maintain the right to access education, for such reasons it was formulated as a study objective, to explore the use of digital resources that favored the teaching and learning process in times of pandemic; a study was conducted under the qualitative approach of literature review with 13 articles. The review of the academic literature led to the conclusion that, despite the abrupt change from face-to-face to virtual education, the use of digital resources allowed the continuity of the educational service.
