The return to classrooms by the Ministry of Education of Peru was a challenging situation of programmed and agreed actions to allow students to return to class, in a flexible and progressive way, being a challenge from the administrative management to promote the required protocols. The objective of the study was to describe the administrative management of the school during the post-pandemic reopening. The methodology was a descriptive bibliographic review with 10 articles, the consultation of the academic literature allowed us to conclude that the administrative management should have had adequate communication to coordinate return actions and reassure the educational community that the schools were safe places where protocols to mitigate the advance of COVID-19 were complied with.
