In recent years, several studies on educational issues have shown that teacher performance is one of the factors that significantly impact educational quality. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between pedagogical support and teaching for learning in a Peruvian educational institution. For this purpose, a basic quantitative, cross-sectional study was carried out; two questionnaires were used as instruments, which were validated by expert judgment, the research population consisted of 131 teachers, the sampling was simple random, composed of 100 participants. According to the results obtained, the Pearson statistic obtained a value of 0.63, confirming that there is a significant relationship between teaching for learning and pedagogical support in an educational institution. It was concluded that pedagogical accompaniment has a significant relationship with teaching for learning in a Peruvian educational institution.
