A study was conducted under a diagnosis of the design of the infrastructure and the provision of educational service, which requires attention to reduce the existing gaps in public educational institutions. The study considered the objective of establishing the incidence of the perception of infrastructure design in the provision of educational service in public educational institutions. The research approach was quantitative, non-experimental design and causal correlational scope. The population consisted of 541 teachers from 14 educational institutions and a sample of 225 teachers, representatives of the 14 educational institutions, was obtained by probability sampling. Two questionnaires were applied on the perception of the design of the infrastructure in the provision of the educational service, considering that the Nagelkerke Pseudo R2 was 0.593 and it was established that the design of the educational infrastructure has a 59.3% impact on the conditions of the educational service; likewise the dimension optimization of the infrastructure design predicts better the educational service, due to Wald= 10.115 and p= 0.001 and concluded that there is a significant impact of the design of the educational infrastructure on the conditions of the educational service of the public educational institutions.
