Organizational decision making allows to improve administrative and pedagogical management, it is consolidated through social relations in order to optimize and provide solutions to the problems faced in an organization. The objective was to analyze the development of organizational decision making in the context of the pandemic. A systematic review of quantitative and qualitative articles was developed, selecting and analyzing 9 articles from PROQUEST, Redalyc and EBSCOHost databases. The conclusion is that the topic was approached in an integral way throughout the organization; therefore, both managers and personnel should be aware of alternatives that provide better results to the institutional objectives.
